When should I place my order?
It is best to place your order as soon as possible as the calendar fills up quickly. Wedding cakes should be ordered at least two months in advance, but it is recommended to secure your date at least 4-6 months in advance. Custom celebration cakes should be ordered at least two weeks in advance, and ready-to-order designs should be ordered at least one week in advance. Cupcakes can be ordered up to three days in advance. All dates are subject to availability.

How do I order a cake or cupcakes?

How much do custom cakes cost?
Custom cake costs are completely dependent upon the design. Once the design has been discussed, a custom quote will be provided. Please know that there is a $100 minimum for any custom cake.

Do you deliver?
Yes! Delivery costs to the Santa Barbara area range from $15-25, depending upon location. Delivery to UCSB and Isla Vista is $10. If it is a single-tier cake, you are also welcome to pick it up yourself. Delivery outside of Santa Barbara is charged at $50 + $0.50/mile round trip.

Do you have any gluten free, dairy free, nut free, or vegan options?
Most cake flavors can be made gluten free. We do have many cake flavors that do not contain nuts and we take precaution when baking, however, our kitchen is not nut-free and we cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination. At this time, we do not offer any dairy free or vegan options.

What is your payment policy?
Payment is required at the time that your order is placed. You will receive an invoice via email that you can pay directly with a credit card, or you can pay via Venmo (preferred). For wedding cakes, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required in order to secure your date.. The full balance is due 14 days prior to your cake delivery date.
